Dear Green Campus Hackathon participants,

I hope this message finds you well! This is a friendly reminder regarding the participant certificates for the Green Campus Hackathon.

We want to make sure that all participants will receive their certificates in a timely and easily manner.

To receive your certificate please keep in mind that you will have to complete first the feedback survey.

Hence, we would like to offer our support in completing this step.

Therefore, we will be available today and tomorrow (25th and 26th of November) from 11:00 CET to 14:00 CET in the technical support conference room that you were visiting during the Green Campus Hackathon. If you have any questions or require assistance with this process, please do not hesitate to reach out.

To access your certificate:

Complete the short survey.
Once submitted, your certificate will be automatically added to your profile (accessed through top right corner).

Winners cimplete the "Winner Feedback Survey" and Runner up the "Runner up Feedback Survey" to receive your certificate of achievement.

Follow the instructions provided after completing the survey to download your certificate.

Important Announcement for DigiEduHack submissions

Dear Green Campus Hackathon teams,

We hope this message finds you well and brimming with creativity as you work on your projects! We want to update you about an important change regarding the submission of your project solutions for DigiEduHack.

We were informed by the DigiEduHack platform that only PDF files can be uploaded,therefore you cannot upload your videos.

Instead, DigiEduHack requires that:

Teams provide, among other details, a short description of their solution (max 250 characters). So please prepare the short description in advance. DigiEduHack submission link https://digieduhack.com/host/submit-solution?relatedChallenge=57415
HMU Hackathon organizers will gather all pitch deck videos and send them to DigiEduHack.

Please ensure that you submit the short description by the specified deadline (18:00 CET).

Also, during the submission please state your team’s name (team number) and one or more members of your team that have registered to DigiEduHack platform (available drop-down menu with names).

Welcome to the Final Day of the Green Campus Hackathon!

Dear Participants,

Today, we stand at the culmination of this exciting event, where innovative ideas will come to life and impactful solutions will be pitched.

Here are a few reminders:

Pitch Deck Presentation

All pitch deck videos must be submitted prior to 18:00 CET. Videos should be maximum 3 minutes duration and 250MB size. To submit your video, follow the next steps:

Go to Day 2 unit in the platform
Find the “project submission”
Upload your pitch deck video
Only one member of the group should upload the pitch deck video

The HMU technical team will upload all pitch deck videos on the platform’s wall at 18:00 CET.

DigiEduHack project submission

One member from each team should also upload the final video solution on the DigiEduHack platform prior to 18:00 CET in order to be able to compete for the global rewards. Upon logging to your DigiEduHack account, press the following link to submit the pitch deck video: https://digieduhack.com/host/submit-solution?relatedChallenge=57415

Jury Evaluation Criteria

Projects will be evaluated by jurors based on relevance, originality, feasibility, sustainability, presentation quality. Keep these criteria in mind as you finalize your projects. Jury points count for the 70% of each teams final score.

You as participants can also vote for the winner.

Watch the pitch deck videos on the platform wall and vote for their favorite projects using the like button (from 18:00 -20:00 CET). Each participant votes separately and can vote as many videos as he/she likes. You can add comments to the videos, however they will not be counted as a vote.

Networking Opportunities

Take advantage of the opportunity to connect with fellow participants in the Green Campus Hackathon Living Room, or meet your mentors in the mentoring spaces. Also, the HMU technical team will be available during all hackathon duration to assist you in everything you might need.
